Orders are shipped within 24–48 working hours. Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days across India, and up to 10 days for remote areas (e.g. Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast). In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Once shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you. If not received within 48 hours, contact us at support@fablefabric.com.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received the order, notify us within 48 hours. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue. Claims made after that period may not be accepted.

- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size issues or wrong items—free reverse pickup included.
- Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products with valid proof (photos + unpacking video are required).
- No refunds for size issues, used items, or slight color/design differences.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- Products must be unused, with original tags and proper packaging.
